For ISPs and authorized channels

Outsourced telecom customer acquisition for fiber providers.

Outsourced telecom customer acquisition assigns agreed sales activities to an external partner. For a fiber field program, the scope should connect the approved footprint and customer conversation to provider-accepted orders and verified installations. Home Front Solutions reviews these programs with ISPs and authorized channel partners.

Based in High Point, North Carolina, we evaluate opportunities market by market. Provider authority, staffing, launch dates and commercial terms are confirmed in the written engagement scope.

Build the program around the full order journey

Market and offer review
Identify the approved eligible footprint, release status, exclusions and product terms.
Field execution plan
Define the delivering team, supervision, approved conversations, property access and customer safeguards.
Order and installation handoff
Assign ownership for qualification, submission, acceptance, appointments and unresolved exceptions.
Reporting and reconciliation
Separate activity, orders, installs, cancellations and the agreed commercial event.

The provider controls serviceability, offer approval, order acceptance and installation. A proposal specifies which responsibilities Home Front, the provider and other partners will own.

Coordinate field sales with the other channels

Door-to-door conversations can complement digital campaigns, retail, referrals and an internal sales team. Agree on lead ownership, suppression rules and attribution so residents receive consistent information and duplicate orders are handled correctly.

For greenfield, pre-RFS or multifamily work, confirm the actual release status and access rights first. A property or construction announcement does not by itself authorize resident solicitation or establish an installation date.

Send a useful first brief

  • The provider or authorized contracting entity and decision-maker.
  • Target locations and the current provider-approved address data.
  • The approved offer, release status and desired program dates.
  • The installation contact, available fulfillment process and reporting source.
  • The intended pilot outcome, budget assumptions and commercial event.

Share the initial scope through the existing partnership inquiry. Customer account records and sensitive resident information are not needed for the initial conversation.

Choose the delivery model before comparing agencies

Managed field sales
Specify who supervises representatives, assigns territory, checks order quality and reports outcomes. A headcount alone does not define program delivery.
Recruiting or placement
Confirm who contracts with the people placed, manages their work and pays them. A placement service is a different scope from operating the field program.
Digital demand generation
Define the audience, content or campaign work, account ownership, capture process and accepted lead definition. Assign the handoff to field or inside sales.
Dealer or authorized channel
Verify the contracting entity’s current provider authority, offer permissions, territory and commercial terms for the specific program.

Compare vendor operating models, then use the field-sales RFP worksheet to request the same evidence from each candidate.
