Build the brief in four steps
- Check public context. Review the FCC National Broadband Map and the North Carolina Division of Broadband and Digital Opportunity.
- Verify the current provider. Separate the network owner, retail brand and authorized channel. Confirm recent ownership or branding changes from the provider’s own announcements.
- Qualify the footprint. Obtain the current approved address set and distinguish planned, under-construction, ready-to-order and installed locations.
- Confirm the engagement. Resolve representation rights, property access, staffing and dates in writing before field activity.
Statewide passings, city announcements and public map data do not establish address-level order eligibility. An acquisition announcement does not prove that all offers, systems or service areas have been integrated.
