HOME FRONTSOLUTIONSDiscuss a market

For internet service providers

Plan fiber field sales around the markets you can serve.

Home Front Solutions reviews national opportunities from High Point, North Carolina, and scopes each program market by market. Start with a provider-approved footprint, an executable handoff and a clear definition of the result you need.

Staffing, provider authority, timing and commercial terms are confirmed in the proposal for each engagement.

The operating model

What is outsourced ISP field sales?

An ISP or authorized channel engages an outside team to explain an approved internet offer in person, help eligible residents place accurate orders and follow an agreed handoff. The signed scope defines who provides the team, systems, training and reporting.

The provider remains the authority for serviceability, offers, order acceptance, installation and final account status. A market inquiry does not establish a current provider partnership or available field crew.

Before the first field day

Build the brief around five decisions.

Use these questions to identify gaps before a launch date or headcount is proposed.

  1. 1. Define the ready-to-sell footprint

Provide an up-to-date eligible address set, the provider's qualification source, release dates, exclusions and the owner of changes. Keep planned construction separate from addresses ready to order.

  2. 2. Confirm permission and customer terms

Document the authorized entity, product, approved claims, identification, property access and complaint path. A map or city list does not grant permission to represent a provider or canvass a property.

  3. 3. Agree the field and installation handoff

Name the field manager, order system and installation contact. Identify who owns rejected orders, appointment changes, customer follow-up and unresolved exceptions.

  4. 4. Set the commercial event

Define whether an invoice or commission depends on a submitted order, accepted order, completed installation or another event. Record fees, expenses, reversals, dispute windows and the source used for reconciliation.

  5. 5. Review staffing and measurement

Agree on available staffing, travel, onboarding and reporting cadence. Track contacts, orders, accepted orders, completed installations and cancellations separately for the same cohort and time period.

Practical tools

Bring a better-defined scope to the conversation.

These resources are frameworks, not claims about a previous client result.

Market context

Public data is a starting point, not a release list.

The FCC National Broadband Map uses provider-reported availability, which can be challenged. It does not establish an orderable address for a particular campaign or Home Front's authorization to sell there.

For example, Brightspeed reported in May 2026 that its fiber network reached more than 736,000 North Carolina locations, with additional locations planned. In June 2026, it reported more than 350,000 locations reached in Ohio and further expansion planned. These are the provider's statewide statements, not Home Front project results or an endorsement. Check current address data before planning a program.

State resources

Research a market in any state.
