Home Front Solutions · High Point, NC
Face-to-face marketing built around the customer conversation.
In-person acquisition gives a customer space to ask questions, understand an offer, and choose a next step. Home Front Solutions scopes field programs around the approved audience, sales setting, representative responsibilities, and fulfillment process.

Choose the right setting
Door-to-door, a community meeting, a property appointment, and a retail interaction each have different access and operating requirements. Home Front's door-to-door work starts with assigned territory and eligible addresses. Any additional setting must be reviewed for audience fit, property permission, identification, approved materials, and the customer's next step.
Define what a representative can say
The client-approved offer should cover eligibility, charges, installation expectations, disclosures, and the process for questions the representative cannot resolve. Preparation includes a way to escalate uncertainty to the right person. A face-to-face conversation should leave the customer with a clear record of the offer and the agreed follow-up.
Capture consent and the next action
The useful output may be a qualified conversation, permission to follow up, an appointment, or an accepted order. Specify the minimum customer information, contact preferences, responsible owner, and handoff deadline for that output. Define how do-not-contact requests and customer complaints reach the person who can act on them.
Review results by channel
Measure qualified opportunities and completed outcomes alongside activity. A conversation at an event and a doorstep order should not be counted as equivalent results. Reviews should identify the source, location, representative, handoff, cancellation or exception reason, and completion evidence available from the client systems.
