For ISP buyers
Compare fiber sales vendors by what they will deliver.
A managed field team, a recruiting partner and an omnichannel sales organization solve different problems. Compare the responsibilities in the proposal before comparing the price.
Published by Home Front Solutions, one of the organizations included. Reviewed October 27, 2026. This is a vendor-authored overview of official public descriptions, not an independent ranking or performance audit. The first row identifies the publisher; row order is not a score.
Seven organizations, different operating models
Follow each organization’s source link to check its current offer. Public marketing descriptions do not verify available capacity or performance. Details not shown here remain questions for procurement.

Use the same evidence request for every vendor
- Authority and access. Confirm the entity permitted to represent the provider, approved offer, address list, property access and local operating requirements.
- People and responsibilities. Name the delivering company, field manager, proposed available team, recruiting responsibilities and supervision.
- Comparable results. Request permissioned references and anonymized cohort reports with dates, denominators, cancellations and completed-install reconciliation.
- Commercial terms. Define the billable event, fees, expenses, reversals, dispute process, data access and exit terms.
- A controlled pilot. Agree on a bounded footprint, reporting window and the conditions to expand, repair or stop.
A published compliance statement is not an audit. A recruiting directory does not demonstrate available crews. A close-rate percentage cannot be compared without its denominator and time window.
Compare field distribution and digital agency scopes separately
Additional official-page review: October 31, 2026. These descriptions identify different buying decisions; they are not scores or verified performance comparisons.
- Chipr carrier and ISP distributionDescribes door-to-door, multifamily and B2B channels with field enablement and reporting. Ask which channels, markets and delivery responsibilities apply to the proposed engagement.
- Credico outsourced sales and marketingLists face-to-face sales alongside retail, events and digital services. Confirm the delivering organization and channel-specific scope.
- Percepture telecom marketingDescribes telecom marketing across search, paid media, content and public relations. Specify the audience, deliverables and accepted lead definition.
- Ironpaper telecom marketingFocuses its page on B2B demand generation, buyer education and sales enablement. Distinguish a business-buyer pipeline from residential fiber acquisition.
A digital agency engagement and a managed residential field team need different acceptance criteria. Use the channel measurement worksheet to make shared outcomes comparable, then request the actual staffing, authority and commercial terms.

How this comparison was prepared
We reviewed the official pages linked in the table and each company’s public explanation of its services. The review covers the named pages, not every service, private proposal or internal process. No common client dataset or independent verification was available, so we assign no numerical scores, earnings comparisons or “best” designation.
Recruiting models and employment arrangements should be confirmed in writing with the delivering organization. A company’s broad industry coverage alone says nothing about the quality of a particular fiber program.
