Compare door-to-door and field sales partners for an ISP program.
A useful shortlist starts with the channel and operating model your market needs. This guide compares public descriptions of seven organizations and the questions an ISP should resolve before selecting a partner.

How this guide was prepared
Home Front Solutions publishes this guide and is one of the organizations included. The table lists organizations alphabetically and summarizes their linked primary sources, checked October 21, 2026. It is a buyer framework, not an independent ranking, award, audited performance study, or endorsement. Public descriptions do not establish that a company accepts your specific market or scope.
Seven criteria for a written proposal
Use the same request with each candidate so responses can be compared. Ask for the proposed delivery entity, serviceable footprint, staffing and launch assumptions, customer-quality controls, order-to-install responsibilities, data access, and commercial terms. Request supporting references for any quantified claim rather than treating a general website description as a program commitment.
- Contracting and field-delivery entity
- Confirmed geography and customer eligibility
- Staffing, access, and launch dependencies
- Customer, identification, and suppression controls
- Order acceptance and installation ownership
- CRM permissions, reports, and export access
- Payment event, cancellations, and reconciliation
Compare evidence from the same stage
A retail case study, an accepted-order count, and an installed-subscriber count measure different work. Ask each candidate to name the channel, period, denominator, cancellation treatment, and provider source behind its reported outcome. A shared pilot scorecard is more useful than assigning a universal winner across different delivery models.
