Field delivery and recruiting, compared
Compare fiber sales programs on the outcomes that matter.
Start with the actual market, written terms and person responsible for the customer handoff. Then follow the same order cohort through acceptance, installation and any reversal.
Reviewed October 25, 2026. Home Front Solutions prepared this commercial comparison and is one of the companies included. The other companies did not review or endorse it. Public descriptions can change.
Six companies. Different operating models.
A recruiter, a master dealer and a managed field team may solve different problems. Unknown does not mean absent: a feature that is not established here needs confirmation, not an assumption of less support.
| Company | Work model and terms | Tools and support | Public evidence and sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home Front Solutions | In-person fiber field sales and managed program scoping. Representative work is commission-only 1099 contracting, with no guaranteed earnings or employee benefits. | Territory planning, product onboarding, customer handoffs and a scoped Dooriax Field workflow. Systems, staffing and launch responsibilities are agreed for each program. | Company-provided terms describe Friday direct deposits. The $5,000 performance bonus requires completing your first 90 days and achieving at least 150 completed installations within those same 90 days. The 90-day clock starts on your first field day. Both requirements must be met to be bonus eligible. The written compensation plan controls verification, cancellation and chargeback rules, and payment timing. The bonus is conditional, not an upfront payment or guaranteed earnings. Public campaign totals are not supplied in this comparison. |
| Velocity One | Fiber field-sales programs for providers, with a separate FiberCareers recruiting brand. Confirm the contracting company, actual role, territory and written compensation plan. | Publishes training, canvassing software, reporting and deployment material. Its Glo Fiber case study describes neighborhood warming before knocking; a standalone client SEO or paid-media scope is a separate proposal question. | Its Glo Fiber study reports customer orders and a per-order fee on orders that complete. It defines rep-selling-days as days with at least one recorded order. Ask for completed installations and all staffed selling days before comparing those measures with a different program. |
| Omni Pulse LLC | Telecom door-to-door sales with published 1099 representative and manager paths. Confirm the assignment, current program authority and written pay event. | Describes territory support, training and a proprietary CRM with lead, sales and installation tracking. A demonstration should establish access and the proposed handoff. | Its website reports nine active states and five or more carrier programs. These are company descriptions, not verified staffing or completed-install totals. Historical recruiting campaigns also appeared under the Velocity Sale Training employer label; that does not establish common ownership or a current opening. |
| RCLX | A fiber D2D agency describing local and traveling field teams. Its provider offer advertises payment per verified completed install; the actual engagement defines rates, adjustments and reconciliation. | Publishes its own pipeline, territory and pay tools, installation audits and daily installation/cancellation reporting. Confirm available access, exports and responsibilities in a demonstration. | Its current pages describe provider/market-specific written pay schedules and team-leader overrides. No independent completed-install dataset is established here. RCLX's primary site is rclx.us; KnockFiber is a separately described independent recruiter and placement partner. |
| OSL Retail Services | The specific Greensboro T-Mobile Fiber field-sales posting advertises a $500 sign-on bonus after completing the first 30 days. Confirm the role's classification and complete offer with OSL. | That posting names Salesforce CRM, supplied phone or tablet, territory leads, coaching, mileage reimbursement and health/dental coverage. | Job 101845 was reviewed on October 25, 2026. A 30-day bonus and Home Front's 90-day plus production condition are different offers. Compare total compensation, expenses, benefits and payment conditions rather than bonus size alone. |
| Firstline Fiber | Describes recruiting, training and managing ISP D2D teams, with route design and compliance playbooks. Confirm the legal contracting entity, staffing classification and commercial terms directly. | Publishes route-design, management and real-time dashboard material. A proposal should identify the actual system, access, exports and installation handoff. | Its official site names Ben and Dave Gwilliam as owners and Cache County, Utah as its headquarters. Published operator experience does not establish the company's age. Representative pay, vendor fees and an independently verified campaign dataset are not established in this review. |
Home Front's bonus is conditional and is not included as ordinary weekly pay. Friday payment language is company-provided, not an audited payout record. An application does not reserve territory or create a payment entitlement.
Compare the economics with the same assumptions.
A model can isolate an assumption; it cannot establish which vendor performs better. Use the ten-criterion proposal framework for the complete operating and commercial review.
Local planning calculator
Model a fiber field-sales scenario.
Compare your assumptions over the same cohort, selling window and eligible footprint. These are modeled expectations, not measured industry or Home Front results.
- Daily raw orders = knocks × contact rate × contact-to-order close rate. Cohort orders = daily orders × total representative workdays.
- Expected completed installs = modeled cohort orders × (1 − pre-install fallout). Modeled install conversion = expected installs ÷ modeled orders.
- Scenario penetration = expected installs ÷ the same eligible serviceable homes.
- Cost per completed install = optional cohort budget ÷ expected completed installs.
All calculator inputs stay in this page. They are not sent or saved, and no provider data is requested.
Keep the company names straight.
An original Indeed campaign uses Velocity Sale Training as the employer label and names Omni Pulse in the body. The checked source job had expired. This supports a shared recruiting campaign; it does not establish shared ownership.
Velocity One and FiberCareers identify their own relationship. No reviewed evidence connects them to that Omni Pulse campaign. KnockFiber describes an independent recruiting and placement service naming RCLX among its partners; that does not establish common ownership or make KnockFiber an alternate legal name for RCLX.
Compare the complete written offer.
Record the pay event, guaranteed pay if any, commission, conditional bonus, chargebacks, work expenses, benefits, location and direct manager. Different earning projections or bonus deadlines are not equivalent evidence of what a representative will receive.
Use your own figures in the offer calculatorGo deeper before choosing a program.
- Existing six-company field-delivery matrix and in-house option
- Seven-organization field-sales and channel comparison
- Compare cost per completed installation
- Download the blank written-offer worksheet
- Set common pilot definitions and reporting rules
- Review the scope of a Dooriax Field implementation
A proposal or workflow demonstration should identify current authorization, serviceable addresses, staffing, system access, customer safeguards and the source of completed outcomes. Published software features alone do not establish better performance.
