Definitions before performance claims
The numbers behind a fiber field program.
A submitted order, a completed installation and an account still valid at a later cutoff are different events. Keep their counts, dates and source records visible before comparing teams.
Home Front Solutions publishes this methodology for reviewing proposed programs. Reviewed October 25, 2026. It is our proposed measurement method, not an independent certification or evidence of superior results.
Define Net Installed Pull-Through.
For this proposed Home Front method, use one frozen submitted-order cohort and one stated observation cutoff. Count completed installations from that cohort, then remove only those completed installations reversed under the agreed rule by that cutoff.
Net Installed Pull-Through (%)
(Completed installations − reversed installations) ÷ submitted orders from the same cohort × 100
Keep the denominator fixed.
Submitted orders must be unique, eligible records in the selected cohort. State the selling dates, duplicate and exclusion rules, provider source and cutoff. Completed installations cannot exceed submitted orders; reversed installations cannot exceed completed installations.
Keep pending work visible.
Choose the maturity window before reviewing results. Report unresolved orders separately and defer a settled comparison when the cohort has not matured. Any exclusions need an explicit rule and count; do not silently remove pending orders to improve the percentage.
An uninstalled cancellation is already outside completed installations. Do not subtract it again as a reversed installation. A retained account, a payable commission and a completed installation can have different definitions; identify the one actually used. A zero submitted-order denominator has no defined rate.
Use your own cohort counts.
The calculator uses numbers you supply. It contains no Home Front or competitor production defaults and does not connect to a carrier system. An assumption-based result is not measured performance, an install forecast or an earnings promise.

Net Installed Pull-Through
Compare submitted orders with installations still valid at your chosen cutoff. This is a proposed reporting measure, not a Home Front performance result.

Public campaign totals are not published here.
Process descriptions, a calculator and a CRM preview do not establish an actual campaign result. This page publishes no invented client, sample presented as real, conversion benchmark or claim that Home Front outperforms another company.

Keep related calculations separate.
Acceptance and fulfillment
Provider acceptance rate uses accepted orders divided by submitted orders. The existing pilot scorecard's install-completion rate uses completed installations divided by accepted orders eligible for completion. That denominator differs from the proposed pull-through measure above.

Cost per completed installation divides reconciled program cost by completed installations. A representative's commission calculation additionally depends on the written pay event, rate, reversals, expenses and timing. A cohort's eventual value is not cash received that week.
Sources, dates and limits.
Company pages establish what a company publishes. Provider records establish the outcomes of a particular authorized cohort. Home Front templates and formulas are proposals to agree for a program. None of these source types should be substituted for another.
