The offer at a glance

This is a business program for a team operator or sales organization with a minimum of five people. The $400 amount is the master-agent program payout for a confirmed installation or activation. It is not an individual representative's wage, salary or guaranteed take-home pay.

Teams interested in programs across carriers are welcome to start a discussion. A brand named in an inquiry identifies the program you want reviewed. The agreement establishes the actual carrier, product, territory and authority for your team's assignment.

  • Minimum team: five people.
  • Advertised program payout: $400 per confirmed installation or activation.
  • Program scope: carrier, product, market and responsibilities confirmed in writing.
  • Next step: submit a short team and market brief through the existing partnership inquiry.

Bring the team you can actually launch

Describe your current team size and the markets your people can work. Separate people ready for a proposed assignment from people you plan to recruit. If your team operates in several locations, identify the local lead and the launch sequence you want reviewed.

Share the channels your team understands, such as door-to-door fiber sales, business prospecting or other approved face-to-face outreach. The first discussion should establish the team's fit for the proposed program and what preparation it needs. Tools, onboarding, management support and reporting responsibilities belong in the written scope.

Choose the carrier and market discussion

Bring the carrier and product you want to discuss, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Brightspeed or Ripple Fiber where relevant to your team's plans. Keep fiber, fixed wireless, mobile and business connectivity questions specific to the actual product. Each program has its own qualification and ordering path.

AT&T's public Partner Solutions materials describe several channel models, including independent selling, co-selling, resale and wholesale. Those are different operating arrangements. A carrier's public partner page is background for evaluating the model; it does not establish Home Front's or an applicant team's authority for a specific program.

Home Front accepts national program inquiries. The active market scope follows the written agreement and provider qualification, rather than a blanket promise of service or assignments in every location.

Connect the payout to a confirmed customer outcome

Keep the sales record connected to the confirmed installation or activation. A prospect conversation, submitted order or scheduled appointment is an earlier stage. The program should identify the record and responsible source used to confirm that the agreed event occurred.

Review payment timing, validation, and any cancellation or reversal conditions in the written terms before accepting an assignment. The program rate does not establish those details. Keep your team's representative compensation arrangements separate from the master-agent program payout.

Send a brief that moves the review forward

Use the partnership inquiry to introduce the team and the program you want to discuss. Include a business contact, the number of people in the team, preferred carriers and products, proposed states or cities, channel experience and a realistic start window.

You can start the discussion with a program brief. Customer account records, identity documents and carrier credentials are not needed in the public inquiry. The next conversation can identify the approved onboarding and information-sharing process for the proposed assignment.

Read the five-person team readiness guide and payout checklist before the program review. They help you bring concrete questions about territory, operating ownership and confirmed outcomes.

  • Who leads the team and how many people are ready?
  • Which carrier products and markets do you want reviewed?
  • Who will manage field preparation, order quality and exceptions?
  • How will the program confirm installation or activation?
  • What payment and adjustment terms need to be settled in writing?

Questions buyers ask

How many people do I need for the master-agent program?

The minimum team size is five people. Include your current team count and proposed markets in the program inquiry.

What is the master-agent payout?

The program payout is $400 per confirmed installation or activation. Confirm the applicable carrier program, validation, payment timing and any cancellation or reversal terms in the written agreement.

Is the $400 amount each representative's pay?

No. It is the master-agent business program payout. Individual representative compensation is a separate arrangement and should be stated in that person's applicable written terms.

Can my team ask about more than one carrier?

Yes. Identify the carriers, products and markets you want reviewed. A written agreement confirms the authorized scope of any accepted assignment.
