Who we work with

Who does Home Front Solutions build community programs for?

Properties and portfolios that want better connectivity for residents without turning the management office into an internet help desk.

Apartment communities

Bulk and preferred provider internet programs for garden, mid-rise, and high-rise communities, with move-in ready connectivity that takes one task off the leasing team's plate.

HOAs and condo associations

Community-wide internet and smart home options for boards that want better service for residents without taking on a telecom project in-house.

Builders and developers

Connectivity planning for new developments, so fiber or 5G service is lined up and residents can get online on move-in day instead of waiting weeks.

Student and senior housing

Programs shaped around high-turnover student properties and senior communities where simple onboarding and responsive local support matter most.

Program scope

What can a community program include?

Structures vary by provider and property. We walk you through what is actually available at your addresses, then build the program around it.

Bulk or preferred provider arrangements

Community-wide bulk agreements, preferred provider programs, or marketing partnerships, matched to what the providers at your addresses actually offer.

Fiber and 5G options by address

We work with national and regional providers including AT&T Fiber, T-Mobile Fiber, Verizon Fios, Frontier, Kinetic, Brightspeed, Astound, and Spectrum, and check serviceability address by address.

Resident onboarding

Move-in ready connectivity: welcome materials, sign-up support, and scheduling help so residents are online on day one without leaning on your leasing staff.

Vivint smart home for units and common areas

Cameras, smart locks, and access options for residences, amenity spaces, and offices through our authorized Vivint dealership.

Resident events and sign-up days

On-site events, signage, and enrollment days run by our local team, so adoption does not depend on a flyer in the leasing office.

A single local point of contact

One accountable local team for internet and smart home questions, escalations, and program changes, across every property in the group.

Why properties work with us

Why do properties partner with Home Front Solutions?

A resident experience upgrade for the property, and one accountable local partner instead of a vendor list.

Resident satisfaction and retention

Reliable connectivity is one of the amenities residents ask about first. A community program makes getting online effortless, which shows up in reviews, renewals, and fewer complaints to the office.

One local team for internet and smart home

Internet service and Vivint smart home security from the same local partner, so you are not coordinating separate vendors for connected units and common areas.

Move-in day readiness

Onboarding is built around your move-in calendar, so new residents can activate service the day they get keys instead of discovering the options on their own.

No burden on leasing staff

Our team runs sign-up events, answers resident questions, and handles escalations. Your staff points residents to us and gets back to leasing.

Four-state coverage for multi-property groups

Teams across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, so a regional portfolio gets one consistent program instead of a patchwork of local vendors.

How it works

How does a community program launch?

Four steps from a serviceability review to an ongoing supported program.

  1. 01Property and serviceability reviewWe review your addresses, unit count, and existing arrangements, then confirm which fiber, 5G, and cable providers actually serve the property.
  2. 02Program options on the tableBulk, preferred provider, or marketing partner structures are priced out with real terms from the available providers, and you pick what fits the property.
  3. 03Resident launchWelcome materials, signage, onboarding support, and a resident event or sign-up day, scheduled around your move-in calendar.
  4. 04Ongoing local supportOne local point of contact for escalations, new resident onboarding, and program adjustments, for the life of the agreement.

Property program FAQ

What do property managers ask before launching a community program?

What is the difference between a bulk agreement and a preferred provider program?

In a bulk agreement the property contracts for service across every unit, usually at a negotiated community rate that is billed through the property or built into rent. In a preferred provider program residents order individually and the property promotes the provider, often with marketing support or a revenue share. Which structures are on the table depends on the providers that actually serve your addresses, and we walk you through the real options before you commit to anything.

Who handles resident support and service issues?

The internet provider owns network and billing support: outages, equipment, and account questions go to them. Home Front Solutions stays involved as your local point of contact for move-in onboarding, sign-up events, and escalations, so your leasing staff is not fielding connectivity questions.

Can smart home technology cover common areas, not just units?

Yes. Vivint smart home programs can extend beyond individual units to common areas and operations: cameras for amenity spaces and entries, smart locks and access for offices and package areas, and connected devices for model units. Scope is set property by property after a walkthrough.

What does a community program cost the property?

Many preferred provider and marketing partner structures cost the property nothing, because the provider funds the program to reach your residents. Bulk arrangements carry their own pricing and terms. Costs and revenue options vary by provider and property, and we put the actual numbers in front of you before any agreement is signed.

How fast can a community launch?

Once the serviceability review is done and program terms are agreed, a launch can move quickly: onboarding materials, signage, and a resident event or sign-up day can be scheduled on a short ramp. The realistic timeline depends on property size and which providers serve your addresses, so we commit to a specific date after the review, not before it.

Can you support multiple properties across different states?

Yes. Our teams operate across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, so multi-property groups get one local point of contact and a consistent program market by market, instead of a different vendor relationship in every city.
