Who we partner with

Who does Home Front Solutions partner with?

Carrier, ISP, and channel organizations that need a local field presence without building an internal door team market by market.

National and regional ISPs

A field sales arm for territories where standing up an internal door team is slower or more expensive than partnering with a local agency that already recruits there.

Fiber builders and overbuilders

Launch-market and pre-launch coverage that turns newly serviceable addresses into valid orders and scheduled installs while the build is fresh.

WISPs and fixed wireless

Door-to-door and event sales for fixed wireless footprints, where address-level qualification often decides the close.

Dealers and master agents

Representatives recruited, trained, and managed in-market under your program, with reporting your channel managers can actually open.

Scope of work

What does Home Front Solutions run for a carrier?

The operating chain from serviceable footprint to completed install, run by a local team and visible to your channel organization.

Route planning on serviceability data

Territories are drawn from your serviceability footprint: homes passed, lit streets, and install capacity, so representatives knock addresses that can actually order.

Local recruiting and training

Representatives are recruited and trained in-market through our own hiring engine, then coached on your approved offer, compliance rules, and brand standards before the first knock.

Door-to-door and event sales

Knocks, conversations, and follow-ups at the address, plus local events where a build benefits from a visible presence in the neighborhood.

Order capture through install completion

Orders are captured accurately at the door and followed through scheduling to completed installation, with fallout and cancellation reasons recorded.

Live reporting through Dooriax

Field activity and outcomes are visible live by rep, team, and territory in Dooriax, our reporting platform, instead of arriving as a spreadsheet days later.

Why carriers pick us

Why do carriers pick Home Front Solutions?

Capability, not superlatives. This is what a channel organization actually gets from the partnership.

Fiber-first specialization

Fiber is our primary field practice, not one line on a services menu. Route discipline, address-level serviceability, and install follow-through are how the teams already work.

Fast ramp

Because recruiting and training run in-market, a pilot team can be fielded on a short ramp once the footprint, offer, and compensation terms are agreed in writing.

A local recruiting engine

Our recruiting pipeline runs continuously across our markets, so staffing your territory does not start from a job board post.

See how we recruit

Compliance and brand standards

Representatives operate under your approved offer, messaging, and do-not-knock rules, with field management accountable to them.

Transparent reporting

Your channel managers see the same live activity and outcome data our field leadership sees, so program reviews start from shared numbers.

How a launch works

How does a field sales launch work?

Four steps from footprint review to a scaled, reported program.

  1. 01Territory and serviceability reviewWe walk your footprint, homes-passed data, and install capacity together and define the serviceable boundary a field team can actually work.
  2. 02Pilot team and comp alignmentRepresentative compensation, the approved offer, compliance rules, and success criteria are agreed in writing, and a local pilot team is recruited and trained.
  3. 03Launch and QAThe team works assigned routes, orders are captured at the door, and early orders are quality-checked so scripting and handoff problems surface in week one, not month three.
  4. 04Scale and reporting cadenceWith the pilot performing, coverage expands by territory and your team settles into a standing reporting cadence in Dooriax.

Partnership FAQ

What do carriers ask before launching a field program?

Is there a minimum engagement size?

A program works when the footprint can keep a dedicated local team productive. We review your serviceable footprint and install capacity first, and if a market cannot support a field team yet, we say so on the partnership call rather than signing a program that will underperform.

How are representatives compensated and managed?

Field representatives are engaged as 1099 independent contractors on commission-based compensation, recruited and trained in-market by Home Front Solutions. We own recruiting, onboarding, field coaching, and day-to-day management; your team sets the approved offer, compliance rules, and brand standards the reps operate under.

Do you require exclusive territory?

No. Engagements can be structured as exclusive or non-exclusive within a defined footprint. What we need is a clear serviceable boundary and a written scope, so routing, attribution, and reporting stay clean on both sides.

How fast can a pilot launch?

Once the footprint, approved offer, and compensation terms are agreed in writing, a pilot team is recruited and trained locally and can be in the field on a short ramp. The realistic timeline depends on the market, so we commit to a specific date after the territory and serviceability review, not before it.

What reporting do partners get?

Partners see field activity and outcomes live in Dooriax, our reporting platform: knocks, conversations, orders, and install-status follow-up, broken out by rep, team, and territory. It is reporting your channel managers can actually open, not a weekly spreadsheet sent days after the fact.

Which markets can be added next?

Our teams operate across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, headquartered in the Piedmont Triad. New markets inside those states follow the same pattern as an initial launch: serviceability review, local recruiting, a pilot team, then scale.
