Home Front Solutions is hiring Fiber Sales Representatives nationwide as 1099 independent contractors. The commission earnings range is $1,500-$3,000 per week; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Applicants may choose local field work, travel assignments, blitz opportunities, or a combination. The role involves in-person customer conversations and door-to-door fiber sales in assigned territories. Recruiting confirms the provider-approved offer, territory, dates, commission event and rates, payment timing, expenses, travel arrangements and any chargebacks in writing before onboarding. Compensation is commission only, with no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, benefits or earnings.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in person about approved fiber internet offers
- Confirm address eligibility through the provider-approved process
- Explain the offer and obtain accurate customer order information
- Follow the documented ordering and installation handoff
- Record customer conversations, follow-up and outcomes in the assigned CRM
- Respect property access requirements, identification rules and do-not-knock requests
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone with an active data plan
- Clear communication and willingness to work outdoors
- Ability to follow the approved offer, customer-contact and ordering processes
- Experience in telecom, fiber, solar, home security, pest control, roofing, retail or customer service may transfer; no prior sales experience is required
- Review and accept the written territory and compensation terms before onboarding
