Questions before you apply

Does alarm sales experience transfer to fiber internet sales?

Explaining a technical service, answering questions and coordinating next steps are useful skills. You will need to learn the provider-approved fiber offer and address-eligibility process for your assignment.

Does every household qualify for fiber service?

Service and offer eligibility depend on the provider and address. Representatives must use the provider-approved qualification process and explain the actual offer conditions.
