About the role
Home Front Solutions is recruiting college students and early-career applicants for residential fiber field sales on active Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem routes. This is in-person door-to-door work as a 1099 independent contractor, not a guaranteed-wage internship. Compensation is commission only, earnings are not guaranteed, and the written compensation plan and territory are provided before onboarding.
What you’ll do
- 01Complete required product and field-process onboarding
- 02Shadow experienced reps and team leads in live neighborhoods
- 03Practice the approved pitch and objection handling with assigned training tools
- 04Speak with homeowners about fiber internet upgrades in assigned areas
- 05Learn how to qualify, present plans, and schedule installations
- 06Track activity and progress inside the company CRM
- 07Attend team meetings, field coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
What we’re looking for
- 01Must be 18 years of age or older
- 02Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate
- 03Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- 04Reliable transportation
- 05Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with people face to face
