About the role
Home Front Solutions is hiring Fiber Sales Representatives for its active High Point, North Carolina route. This is in-person residential door-to-door work as a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation is commission only, earnings are not guaranteed, and the written compensation plan and territory are provided before onboarding.
What you’ll do
- 01Engage homeowners in professional, in-person conversations about fiber internet upgrades
- 02Educate customers on speeds, pricing, installation timelines, and product benefits
- 03Qualify leads, present custom plans, address objections with confidence
- 04Close sales at the door and schedule installation appointments
- 05Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and activation
- 06Hit daily and weekly targets for doors knocked, conversations held, and deals closed
- 07Log all activity in the company CRM at the end of each shift
- 08Represent Home Front Solutions and our partner brands with integrity and professionalism
What we’re looking for
- 01Must be 18 years of age or older
- 02Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
