About the role
Home Front Solutions is recruiting entry-level Fiber Sales Representatives for active Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem routes. This is in-person residential door-to-door work as a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation is commission only, earnings are not guaranteed, and the written compensation plan and territory are provided before onboarding.
What you’ll do
- 01Work an assigned territory selling fiber internet to homeowners
- 02Complete required product and field-process onboarding
- 03Practice the approved pitch and objection handling until you are confident
- 04Knock doors, qualify homeowners, present plans, and close sales
- 05Schedule installation appointments and confirm activation
- 06Attend training sessions, ride-alongs, and team meetings
- 07Track daily activity in the company CRM
What we’re looking for
- 01Must be 18 years of age or older
- 02Reliable transportation
- 03Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- 04Willing to learn and willing to work outdoors
- 05Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- 06No prior sales experience required
- 07Authorization to work in the United States
