About the role
Home Front Solutions is recruiting an Area Manager to support field operations on active Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem routes. This is a 1099 independent-contractor role with commission-only compensation and no guaranteed earnings. The written compensation plan, responsibilities and territory are provided before onboarding.
What you’ll do
- 01Own production for an entire market rather than a single route
- 02Oversee multiple Team Leads and their 4 to 6 representative teams
- 03Set and enforce field standards across every territory in the market
- 04Run hiring for the market, from interviews through training
- 05Assign and rebalance territories as routes open and close
- 06Develop Team Leads and identify the next Area Manager from inside the field
- 07Report market performance to ownership and own the forecast
- 08Work the field with teams regularly, because this is not a desk role
What we’re looking for
- 01Track record leading a field sales team, ideally as a Team Lead who hit targets
- 02Door-to-door or field sales experience carried personally, not just managed
- 03Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and hold a team accountable to weekly numbers
- 04Comfortable owning a forecast and reporting it to ownership directly
- 05Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- 06Willing to be in the field across Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem
- 07Authorization to work in the United States
