About the role

Home Front Solutions is hiring college students and recent graduates for a sales internship built around real field experience. Interns learn how door-to-door fiber sales works, practice with AI-powered coaching tools, work live neighborhoods with support, and build the communication, resilience, and accountability that strong sales careers require. This is a performance-based internship role with real earning potential and hands-on coaching.

What you'll do
  • 01Complete onboarding and sales certification modules before entering the field
  • 02Shadow experienced reps and team leads in live neighborhoods
  • 03Practice the pitch and objection handling with AI-powered coaching tools
  • 04Speak with homeowners about fiber internet upgrades in assigned areas
  • 05Learn how to qualify, present plans, and schedule installations
  • 06Track activity and progress inside the company CRM
  • 07Attend team meetings, field coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
What we're looking for
  • 01Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 02Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate
  • 03Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • 04Reliable transportation
  • 05Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with people face to face
  • 06Positive attitude, coachability, and professional presence
