Home Front Solutions is hiring driven, professional Fiber Sales Representatives for our High Point, NC market. As a Fiber Sales Rep, you will represent the country's most trusted internet brands directly to homeowners in your assigned territory. We provide everything you need to succeed: comprehensive paid training, branded gear, a defined neighborhood territory, and ongoing coaching from experienced team leaders. Top performers consistently earn $150,000 or more in their first year.
- 01Engage homeowners in professional, in-person conversations about fiber internet upgrades
- 02Educate customers on speeds, pricing, installation timelines, and product benefits
- 03Qualify leads, present custom plans, address objections with confidence
- 04Close sales at the door and schedule installation appointments
- 05Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and activation
- 06Hit daily and weekly targets for doors knocked, conversations held, and deals closed
- 07Log all activity in the company CRM at the end of each shift
